[Offensive subjects] All the things I can think about that might bother me have pretty much zero chance of happening given the setting. Sooooo... all good.

[What's okay to mention around him/her] I can't think of anything off-limits. If a character wants to get on Graham's bad side fast, though, they can always diss Ladd Russo.
[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] Nothing magical (werewolf, vampire, veela etc). However, Graham is very physically strong and has a severe case of undiagnosed/untreated Bipolar 1 Disorder. His moods are very extreme and unpredictable as a result.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] If I have a strike-through, I'll probably make it known how hackable it is. Generally? Pretty hackable. Graham wears his heart on his sleeve.
[What would be a suitable way of disciplining them?] I leave this at your discretion. Anything you want to throw at him, basically. Detention, points taken away, LIZARD OF GUILT...
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] You can certainly try. It's likely to just rile Graham up, and a riled-up Graham is a Graham that breaks faces.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] See above! But Graham adores a good fight with a good opponent, which in canon he occasionally equates to friendship or even love. He's not the type to pick fights with weaker people, but he'll take on pretty much anyone who challenges him by virtue of the fact that anyone who tries such a thing probably knows what they're getting into. Or else they should've known better.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Graham is an intensely physical person with little if any sense of personal space (for himself or others), so yes. That said, it's not necessarily a sexual physicality, so it's not like he'll be perving on everyone. He's pretty much never gentle, though, so if you do end up in a friendly hug with him (for example), it'd be like grappling with an angry bear.
